Customer Needs Identification

Our researchers’ team perform substantial study, observing similar products, interviewing potential purchasers, and identify their needs in order to develop a new product. For us, needs identification is critical as it lays foundation for better product conceptualization.

Target Specifications

After gathering intricate reviews of competitive products, our development team establishes the target specification to propose a perspective product design. It is simply a wish list tempered by the known listed technical constraints to generate preliminary product concepts.

Conceptual Design and Selection

Considering cost, safety, operating ability, compatibility, efficiency, and other criteria, our design team develops a number of product concepts, illustrates them, while trying to meet all the proposed specifications. After selecting certain concepts that are meeting the requirement parameters, traditionally they build non-functional models based on the candidate designs.

Product Detail Design

This is the design-to-manufacture stage where our specialized team develops analytical 2D or 3D designs of each part which is identified and engineered. This detailed design includes tolerances, materials, manufacturing processes, production cost, weight/strength ratio ensuring easy assembly and easy maintenance.

Prototyping

We create engineering prototypes that are full-scale pre-production representation of the design. These models are used to bench-test the performance, access controls, functionality, appearance, and other components while uncovering the shortfalls.

Testing and Optimizing

After building alpha & beta prototypes and testing them, we ensure the performance of the product matches the specifications. Clove testing team optimises the prototypes be make the product design more effective and production more cost-efficient.
