Enabling the as-built models with Facility Management integration to meet all the operations, maintenance, renovation and refurbishment requirements of a project. Using Revit, our BIM experts export data and execute an effective Asset Information Model for dynamic zone management.

Generally developed on the completion of construction, the facility management model is basically an As-Built model comprising the building component information such as operation manuals, cut sheet specifications, warranty data, manufacturer info, emergency contacts, etc.

This database is shared with the stakeholders using a proprietary COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange) process for managing facility assets.
