Senior BIM Modeller (Electrical)
Clove Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking BIM Modeller (Electrical) to join the BIM team in its Hyderabad office.
Job Function:
- Giving input on space planning, specifications, requirements and scope of work for the discipline team.
- Advising Coordinator on best practices.
- Facilitate training documentation for basic and advanced co-ordination.
- Assisting both internal and external team members in the development of construction documents and as-built document creation and maintenances.
- Managing submissions and ensure proper QA/QC protocols are implemented.
- Managing and planning Look ahead plans.
- Responsible for weekly Model Review and quality control by filling the Weekly Revit Model with Health Checklist.
Qualification and Skills :
- 4-5 Years relevant experience in the BIM(ELECTRICAL).
- Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad, MSP, MS Office
- Relux, Dialux Knowledge will be added advantage.
- Should be familiar in all the discipline, mainly in MEP
- Should be familiar with all the designs and able to design on his/her own.
